How to cancel Peloton— and check you're not still being charged
Peloton's app and all-access memberships often outlive the actual habit.
Steps to cancel Peloton
- 1Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership and log in.
- 2Find your plan listed under the Memberships section.
- 3Click Manage next to that subscription.
- 4Click Pause or cancel.
- 5Select the cancel option — do not pick the 1, 2 or 3 month pause.
- 6If your charge is a Peloton App Membership bought through iOS, AppleTV, Android, AndroidTV, Amazon or Roku, cancel it in that platform's own subscription settings instead — Peloton cannot cancel a third-party App Membership for you.
- 7If no cancel option is shown, contact Member Support on (866) 679-9129 or Live Chat, 6am–12am ET, 7 days a week.

Pause and cancel sit behind the same "Pause or cancel" button, and a 1, 2 or 3 month pause automatically resumes billing at the end of the pause — that is the most common reason a Peloton charge comes back. Also note that two Peloton products of the same type (two Bikes, or a Tread and a Tread+) require two separate All-Access Memberships, so cancelling one leaves the other billing.
Will Peloton still charge you after you cancel?
You keep access to Peloton content through the end of the current billing period, at which point the membership cancels rather than renews. Your account and workout history stay — deleting the Peloton account is a separate request — and you can reactivate any time by logging in on the Bike, Tread or Row or at onepeloton.com/mymembership.
Refunds: No prorated refund for the remainder of the current membership period; for a billing error you must notify Member Support within 60 days of the billing date, after which Peloton says it will not issue refunds or credits except where the law requires it.
