Steps to cancel Peacock

  1. 1Sign in at peacocktv.com and open your account's plans page.
  2. 2Select Cancel All Subscriptions.
  3. 3Follow the steps and confirm.
  4. 4Wait for the confirmation message on screen, then the confirmation email — it can take a few hours to arrive.
  5. 5No Cancel All Subscriptions option? You are billed by a third party. Open the Subscriptions tab and read the Payment Method section to see who bills you, then cancel with them.

The Peacock catch

Cancel All Subscriptions is all-or-nothing: it ends your base plan and every add-on attached to it, such as Starz or a regional sports network, because add-ons cannot exist without a base plan. If you only want to drop the add-on, select it on the Subscriptions tab and use Remove Add-On instead. Also, if you later want to resubscribe through Apple, Roku or Amazon, the old subscription has to fully lapse first or the new one will not activate.

Will Peacock still charge you after you cancel?

You keep Premium content until the end of your current billing cycle, and the plan does not renew after that. Your account then drops to the limited amount of content Peacock shows for free, and you can upgrade again from your account whenever you want.

Refunds: None. Peacock states no refunds or credits are issued for prior payments when you cancel — or when you downgrade a Premium or Premium Plus plan — unless required by law.
