How to cancel FabFitFun— and check you're not still being charged
Subscription boxes like FabFitFun are large recurring charges that outlast the novelty.
Steps to cancel FabFitFun
- 1Log in to your FabFitFun dashboard at fabfitfun.com.
- 2Open your My Account page.
- 3Scroll to the bottom of the page, to Manage Membership, and select Cancel Subscription.
- 4Complete the cancellation flow all the way to the end.
- 5Watch for the cancellation confirmation email FabFitFun sends once the cancellation is recorded.
- 6Cancel every add-on separately: open My Subscriptions, click View Details on each subscription, then click Cancel subscription (in the app: Box tab > View Details > Cancel subscription).
- 7If the flow will not complete, cancel through the black Support button chat or call Customer Care at 855-313-6267, 5 a.m.–6 p.m. PT, Monday to Friday.

FabFitFun charges roughly a month before the box ships, so cancelling after your Bill Date neither stops the pending charge nor refunds it — you must cancel before the Bill Date. Annual members are the worst-hit: the plan prepays four Seasonal Boxes and the cancellation is not effective until the whole annual term expires, so the only escape point is before the Bill Date that opens the next annual period. Separately, cancelling the membership does not cancel your add-on subscriptions — FabFitFun's own help page states that cancelling your FabFitFun Membership will not cancel a 90 Day Subscription, and reFills and other Ship With Box subscriptions each have to be cancelled individually on the My Subscriptions page or they keep billing.
Will FabFitFun still charge you after you cancel?
Seasonal members: cancellation takes effect from the following billing cycle, so any box you were already billed for still ships. Annual members: cancellation only takes effect at the end of the annual term — you keep receiving the remaining boxes of the four you prepaid, plus membership perks, until that term ends. There are no cancellation fees, and you can reactivate later by logging in and following the reactivation prompts.
Refunds: No cancellation fees, but cancelling never refunds boxes already paid for and does not stop a pending charge; the annual prepayment for four boxes is non-refundable. Separately from cancelling, FabFitFun's new member satisfaction guarantee refunds your first Seasonal Box in full if you initiate the return within 7 days of receiving it, return the items in original packaging and condition, and pay return shipping yourself — contact Customer Care to start it; it excludes Add-Ons, additional subscriptions and Additional Choice items. UK members have extra statutory cancellation and refund rights.
