The Norton 360 catch

Norton has no immediate cancel button — Unsubscribe under Plan Renewal only stops the next charge, and renewals bill at the standard renewal price rather than the discounted rate you signed up at, so the amount that hits your card is usually much larger than the first year. If the annual renewal has already been charged, you have 60 days to contact Member Services & Support for a full refund; monthly renewals are not refundable at all.

Will Norton 360 still charge you after you cancel?

Protection continues through the end of the term you have already paid for, then the subscription ends and does not renew. The change can take up to 24 hours to show in your Norton account, and stopping the renewal does not reverse a charge that has already been taken.

Refunds: Annual subscriptions and each annual renewal are eligible for a full refund if requested within 60 days of the charge; monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase only, and subsequent monthly renewals are not refundable.
